抗體的溶解方法： 1：用移液器加 0.1ml 雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存。若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加與標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格一致的（如：0.2ml）雙 蒸 水溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
2：用移液器加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，再加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）的甘油到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存；若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）雙蒸水，再加標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
抗體的溶解要求： 抗體溶解后，將其分裝成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗體為例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支），-20℃保存，用一支取一支，避免反復(fù)凍溶。另：預(yù)試驗(yàn)可做幾個(gè)梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀釋，如果背景高，還可再稀釋，選一個(gè)的稀釋比例，再正式做，效果。

Storage ：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
